Below are 6 Relaxation Recordings. The first 3 can be practiced when you are limited in time and the 4th & 5th, when you have a longer time. The 6th can be listened to to help you fall asleep.  Before listening for the first time, it is recommended to read the chapter: "Instructions." During the day, it is highly recommended to listen to any one of the recordings. While going to sleep, you may listen to all three recordings in sequence and fall a sleep while I am talking to you. It may greatly improve the quality of your sleep.
