from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. At night instead of sleeping, I
browse the internet and I found your website. I read all the chapters
and I was very impressed. For first time, I understood the psychological
meanings of all of my
symptoms. Up to now, no one explained it to me as simply put in your
website. Don't get me wrong, I still suffer from these symptoms but it
easier for me to deal with
them. I am less angry with myself for having them. During the day, I
take short naps while listening to your relaxation recordings. I shared
your site with all my friends.

your website and practice different techniques of relaxation that are

about your website and about your relaxation recordings, I practice
them a few times a day. Although I've never met you, I listen to your
recordings every day. You tell me to close my eyes, to make a fist, and
then to open my fist, to be in a
healing pool and I obey you like a little child, (I am 75 years old).
The problem is that my wife complains that I listen to you more then I
